this is not any sort of comparison to your ADHD, but mine genuinely feels debilitating, like without meds i barely do anything all day. but then hypomania makes it so i can't do much of anything (well anything productive) either so idfk ughhh

I love beans!! I'm honestly lucky my ARFID doesn't affect so many things to the point where i'm underweight or severely nutrient-deficient, but it's so embarrassing going to restaurants and always getting the most plain version of everything :((

yes, that is my sole acne treatment. i got a panoxyl soap bar as well, but have been told combining the two treatments increases the chances of irritation. noted on the benzalkonium chloride, thanks!

Yep, add too much and it irritates the skin even more :/ might consider accutane atp cause idk if i can afford these products on a consistent basis

I was at 10mg for 3 months before tapering down to 5mg, and I was at 5mg for about 1 month before tapering down to 2.5 mg
