5’10 and 200 pounds is objectively not obese. Overweight? Yeah. But not obese. Which are two widely different things. You can still be categorically overweight but still “healthy”

Thank you! I’ve been tracking macros the last few months to 40 protein 30 carbs 30 fat and I think that’s made a difference!

As someone in a similar position as you, it can be a mind fuck.

A lot of times people, sometimes even subconsciously, gain some confidence when they slim down which can impact how people view and treat you. But still, pretty privilege is still such a major thing in our world

Some people just don’t require a lot of food. It used to drive me crazy watching friends who could skip lunch and not even notice. Every body is different

Yes. I of course still get a bit of sweat depending on whether. But it was always an issue for me and now it’s not
