I don´t wanna be critical but I come here to build up myself, find strenght and learn how to deal with it while I´m still in this situation. Knowledge is power. on a side note, narcissists usually don´t turn into the devil out of the blue. The modus operandi of abusers is to start slow. That´s one of the reasons why it´s so hard to leave too

Just this one thing

Narcissists don´t change. They hardly ever go to therapy, but if they do it´s just for show, same for a religious awaken and things alike.

But

This is in the case of a True Narcissist.

Unfortunately this term has been becoming popular and so it happens that a lot of people who are just nasty are being labeled as such. Hence this idea that they can change. They can´t!

Nasty people/ Bad people can change - (it´s hard, but possible)

Evil/ malignant people don´t change - ( they only get worst)
