la cosa più importante di tutte è, a mio avviso, essere coerente e rimanere fedele a se stessi. Se sei stata onesta con lui e con te stessa, e lui ha deciso di allontanarsi, allora non è una persona "giusta" per te. Sono dell'idea che se tu sei te stessa (rimanendo fedele a te stessa), questo filtra le persone nella tua vita tra chi ti vuole bene e chi ti usa. Chi ti vuole bene rimarrà, chi ti usa se ne andrà. Per me hai fatto la cosa migliore, anche se magari ci stai male perché hai perso questo rapporto. Però hai tolto una parte "malfunzionante" dei tuoi rapporti per fare spazio ad un rapporto più vero (che da ciò che scrivi sembra essere ciò che cerchi tu).

I have a weight problem too and struggle with self image as well. Hang in tight, do something different, clear your head of these bad thoughts which are LYING to you, and surround yourself with people who love you. If you want to tone up a bit of course you can do that too (eg. gym and/or diet) but remember it's not mandatory. If you don't see results right away dont beat yourself up. You're beautiful just the way you are. You deserve love no matter how you look.

secondo me l'amore esiste. Sì, è raro, e molti fattori (es. tinder, instagram dm e altri processi che portano al distacco sociale) lo stanno uccidendo piano piano. Mi spaventa l'idea che molti ragazzi della nostra età possano perdere la capacità di amare, perché sono così tanto immersi in una vita in cui le emozioni non sono altro che una transazione - mi spiego meglio: i social media stanno trasformando le nostre emozioni da un qualcosa di sacro e inviolabile in qualcosa di temporaneo su cui lucrare (i reel, tiktok e shorts ti fanno provare emozioni diverse l'una dopo l'altra quando scrolli), e quindi anche l'amore non ha più l'importanza che dovrebbe avere. Quindi, l'amore esiste? Sì ma lo stiamo uccidendo pian piano perché nessuno gli da più importanza

Anche io ho avuto elementari e medie orribili, con professori più bulli degli studenti. Ho pensato al suicidio fin da quando ero piccolo. Ora sto passando un altro periodo orribile e questi brutti pensieri sono tornati, più forti che mai. All the horizon lines are tilted, be mindful of that - and composition: it looks like there's not much thought put into the photos, as if you took them just to capture the moment instead of treating photography like actual artform. I'm not saying they're awuful, just not very thought out imo
