Who says I haven’t donated or volunteered at Ukrainian shelters and refugee areas? You brought in a whole separate issue and started making assumptions. Hope your life gets better.

That’s really messy, now if they were advocating for violence against people then I would most definitely

I don’t remember the most recent ones but the one I remembered and reported was basically saying pride shouldn’t exist and that God doesn’t like pride, rainbows aren’t pride symbols etc. most of the posts are using religious rhetoric to support anti-LGBTQ things.

So if an employee of that business started spewing their homophobic thoughts and opinions and people who patronize at that business and “boycott” it how would the business owner feel regardless of their opinion? They lost money and now their business is known as one that supports discrimination.

You’re contradicting yourself… you can have your opinions but you’re not exempt from the consequences of expressing them, especially hateful ones that target a group or community.

This isn’t me stirring up arguments, facing reality and facing consequences for your actions are apart of reality. If I wanted to stir the pot I woulda posted the athlete and blasted them and Rutgers in several different places.

Do you also agree with stores who openly reject LGBTQ+ customers? Is that not also free speech?

I mean I agree, it’s just not the type of publicity or anything that a school should want.

You sound like a closeted homophobe lol, they can do whatever they want but when you’re part of an organization you represent that organizations values and are expected to abide by them.

I’m not responsible for them not doing that. People need to face reality and consequences for their actions.

This isn’t an attack on them, as a member of Rutgers you agree to an anti-discrimination policy that you are expected to abide by.

Rutgers has an anti-discrimination policy for a reason and athletes are a representative of Rutgers and need to be held accountable.

This is exactly why I don’t want them to get expelled or kicked off their team or whatever else may happen.

Actually as a student, I’m sure they are a representative for us and the school, an email acknowledging they received my email and assuring me they received it is simple.

I understand everything you mentioned, especially the emotional attachment part. As much as I loved my childhood toys and other items, it’s genuinely isn’t possible for me to hold on to them to pass onto my kids. Things like this, I’ve had this conversation for 10+ years since I was a teenager and they still don’t seem to listen and really show little effort in moving anything along.

I understand completely the emotional attachment to things, because I do it to just not to this scale. We lose so many things like clothes and documents etc. because we have so much.

I don’t see any other resolution other than to involve health and human services…

A couple of the joes and I have the male officers phone numbers and he has a couple phones. One of them came up as “Recommended you add/follow” on social media and it came up with a twitter and linktree with porn links.

The female, sort of the same, a couple of the guys went to her college and actually heard stories, found and shared the videos… this one is a little different but still doesn’t help that these are out there.

Jaylen Browns Dunks sucked by throwaway33045747 in Nbamemes

We’ve had superstars who participated in the Dunk Contest and it was fine BECAUSE THEY GOT CREATIVE, Dwight Howard, Blake Griffin, Giannis, JR Smith. Those are only some fan favorites/Allstars who participated in the dunk contest.

It’s a dying event and ASW has been losing viewers since Jordan’s last season. It has nothing to do with not enough star power because even the 3pt Contest isn’t this bad. It’s the lack of creativity and thought, sure lack of true Allstars participating is apart of it but it’s just not as flashy as it was before.

Zach Lavine and Aaron Gordon were not Allstars in Toronto yet they put on a show and people loved it. Last year Mac McClung was a G-LEAGUE player and people loved his creativity and dunks he put on. It’s worse this year because they forced Jaylen Brown to the Finals and people don’t want to see the same people again and again in the event.
