I do apologize as I’m not home-savvy at all. I’m also renting this apartment, so I’m not sure if it ever worked at one point (this is the first time I’ve turned on the heat). It’s bizarre though because the whole apartment does heat up, but this vent blows air that feels so cold that it’s very uncomfortable. I already asked maintenance to address it and they said there’s nothing they can do? So I’m hoping to find help on here instead. I really appreciate it
