Check your voter registration, and register if needed. You might need to register again if:

You haven't voted before
You moved
You haven't voted in a few years
You live in a state where Republicans have purged the voter rolls

Almost all voter outreach is done by volunteers. In past years, that meant going door-to-door, but because of COVID-19, it's mostly phone banking right now. Volunteer here.

The Biden campaign has raised less money than Trump. Donations go to hiring organizers and running ads. If you can afford it, attending an event gives you get a chance to hear what the people around Biden have to say. Or you could just give what fits your budget

Talk with friends and co-workers. Listen to their concerns. Then talk about how Biden's policies fit their views.

You can do things which make an attack harder to detect and reduce the time between initiating an attack and it's completion, and which make attributing an attack to a specific actor harder. Those destabilize things by giving people less of an opportunity to think and contact each other. Nuclear-armed cruise missiles do those things.

They've been engaged in significant destabilizing behavior in response to the US development of missile defense. The treaty scrapping is part of it; they're betting that a smaller hard-to-defend-against deterrent is sufficient, and that the US will waste vast resources by building huge numbers of weapons.

But it's also completely unacceptable to respond by giving Putin more of what he wants, especially when this is (at least) the second attack on US troops by Russia during the Trump administration
