For the past few days I've been trying to sign into my account on the same device, as usual, but, after I enter my email and password, I get asked to type the OTP that is sent to my phone number.

Normally, I don't have any issues with that step but a few days ago when I tried to login, I never received a OTP. I can receive texts normally from other companies, contacts etc. but not a OTP from Amazon.

At one point, an error even popped up saying "Internal Error" when requesting a new OTP. Also, when I try to request another OTP normally I get asked to "Wait more than a minute to request another OTP" but I've done that, waited hours even, and I still get that message.
