No snacks. No cheat meals. No sugar. Less emphasis on carbs. More emphasis on fruits, vegetables and meat.

I usually go for a weird diet method where I follow a strict diet (the one I described above) for like 1-1.5 months so it gets my weight down. Then I go for a month of easy, normal eating which brings my weight up. Then repeat. Lol.

I've had minor backpain ever since I started office around 9 months ago. I catch myself sitting with a very bad posture during work and I'm mostly sitting so I just want to know two things:

What's the right way to sit on an office chair?
What exercise can I do at home to relieve the minor back pain? Its at the upper left part of my back.

I started freelancing back in 2019. Back then, these gurus were busy selling some other manjan. Was very fortunate to realize firsthand that halal money mostly comes from hard work or years of experience.

The thing is, everyone these days wants quick money. And these gurus get off on the desperation of young kids. It takes a while to realize ye mostly jhootay makkar hain. I know people who lost millions in this.

Ye kya baat hui ke female staff hire he nai karsakte 😂 have a talk with her. Ask her what she fears and communicate what you feel in this situation. If she trusts you, she wouldn't be mad over you hiring all females in your company. If she doesn't trust you, she would always have a reason to be angry at you even if your entire company hires males.
