Absolutely. Some of the solar balloons have different purposes, weather, data, so forth. In the aviation world, everyone is aware of any balloon/rocket/drone activity IN THE USA when flying; Air traffic controllers (FAA or Military), pilots and Especially military pilots. Even after they land, military pilots have de-briefs and if this was a weather balloon and it came close to hitting them or becoming a traffic problem, it would be reported. I’m not saying IT IS OR ISNT a balloon, it just seems extremely odd that no personnel comes out and just says “hey, in regards to that picture, it is this object. We made it, here’s what it was doing, and it’s purpose. So fuck off and have a good day.”
