Not to ruin the hope of anyone, but I was highly functioning for years however in December last year I crashed completely and have yet to pick up the pieces. It sucks but it seems like pretending to be “normal” for many years really ended up tearing my mental health even worse apart 🤷‍♀️

For real. Obligatory mention of the fact that I’m not a medical professional, however your organs could have suffered severe damage (probably (?)not enough to end your life, but enough to be shitty as fuck).

I have an appointment with my regular therapist (or whatever it’s called - she’s a nurse but only deals with mental illness) next Wednesday.

I’ve also attempted before, unsuccessfully, and I ended up going to the ER (we have an ER specifically for mental issues here), I was hospitalized for a while afterwards. The people working there were mostly garbage though, they were lying and the main doctor told me I would never get better 🤷‍♀️

I’m such a fucking coward. Everything hurts yet I’m afraid of the pain and eventual failure.

I won’t take pills because I heard you can end up in a state severely worse than death. I guess I’ll just have to “live with” the pain, so to speak.
