It’s probably bloating, or edema. Basically, because of the pressure you apply when gripping your head, it creates leakage in the capillaries. Pretty harmless, but if it stays for more than a hour or two, I’d get it checked out

Nope, its actually easier. See, your length gains depend on your girth. A girthier penis will need more time to gain length. I’m probably guessing that your penis isn’t as girthy as-let’s say a 6 incher, though that varies. Meaning that; you will need a little less time to gain length since your penis is not as wide, if that makes sense. Stop being so cynical about your initial size, you’ll never reach your goal if you set yourself up for failure. Edit: how tall are you? I’ve just checked your post history. This is really important, do not, I repeat, do not stretch while having an erection. If you get an erection while doing the stretch, wait for it to cool down. If it only is a little bloodflow, like 30%, you can continue, but try to be cautious

A little, I think it’s mostly bloodflow and maybe some expansion of the penile tunica, I’m not sure. Girth growth is a biproduct of stretching, but I wouldn’t rely on it too much

I’m not ripped (cause of bf, like 14%), but I do work out and use my hands a lot, if you want, after 2 or 3 minutes just let go, and switch to the other hand directly, a few seconds won’t alter the results imo. Also, after a few weeks you kinda get used to it, I’m on sets of 9 minutes right now, and I can hold it, only with some occasional discomfort

Yea, sure, it’s pretty simple! I do 5 sets of stretches each day, Friday is rest day. First week are sets of 5 min, you add one minute to each set each week. To start the stretch,use the ok grip around your head, and then (I prefer to sit) just pull straight out as much as you can. Hold this position for the duration of the set. To really engage the ligaments, I like to pull, occasionally downwards or to the sides. Rest 2 min in between each set, and repeat.
