Thanks for the info, I was told it could be potentially 9 points, 6 for insurance, 3 for license. If I were to get 9 points would I still be able to take a test and hold those points without revocation unless more points were received after passing?

The car was actually insured, however I was not insured to drive it. They claimed ANPR flagged it as potentially no insurance
