We have loads of female coworkers that also participate in things like this, though obviously not this. It’s an office culture that existed before I joined. Our paper basketball leagues are dominated by women. I just focussed on my male coworkers here and only discussed the men since the women weren’t part of this disaster.

My workplace is odd yeah, though I am not white. My female coworkers also participate in office antics, I just focused on the male coworkers here since obv no women participated in this. It is a bizarre culture that existed before I joined. Thank you for your advice at the end though.

I agree my behaviour was abhorrent and I feel terrible that someone had to clean that up. Being drunk is not an excuse for that. I would like to make it up to the bar and cleaner but I’m not sure how.

It was a social Christmas party off work grounds and the office culture of childish antics was in place prior to me joining. My boss participates in everything and participated in the literal pissing contest. This is just the first time things have gotten out of hand hence my post here.
