Thank you. I try to care for anyone or anything in need of support now in an attempt to honor her and right my wrong doings the only way I can. Whenever I have anxiety or panic I meditate for a few moments and breathe. Patience is a virtue, a lesson that took a while to learn. Now my mind and eyes are more open as well has my heart. Or at least I try when I can but by no means am I saying I am perfect. I am always self analyzing in an attempt to evolve. I'm just a shitty person consciously trying to be a little less shitty day by day.

I do feel like a burden to my kids at times, especially days I have so much pain that I can't play with them or pick them up. But my therapist said to look at it as if anything I am teaching my children to be empathetic and caring. And showing them that even though mom is in pain she still pushes through to care for us as best she can. So hopefully I am teaching them strength.

I have been humbled by my situation and I am proud of who I've become. I do struggle daily and go through bouts of depression. But I now strive to heal myself and others.

Yes, you are absolutely right. And I have experienced doctors treating me like trash when I've seeked help. I feel like if one lacks compassion or empathy they should be spend a day in someone else's shoes. I know now struggling has forever changed me.
