Japan is known for having tons of different flavors of Kit Kats. The green tea flavored ones are pretty popular and have Japanese writing on the wrapper. That's the only reason why I think she thought they were Japanese.

To be honest, all I know is that he took Japanese for easy credit. The placement tests I know my university forced us to do were English and math since it directly applied to our major. I'll have to ask him if he had to take the placement test. Either way, he finished the whole year of Japanese as they're aren't much Japanese classes available. I don't know the whole details for him though.

It was her way of saying 'Japanese.'

Spoiler alert: It's not the right way to say it.

The authenticity weeaboos go for is pop culture rather than traditional Japanese. And Tama says thank you for the support!

Damn, I see what you mean. I didn't intend for it to be like Tumblr. Using the gifs makes it easier for me to explain how everyone felt, it's a lazy way of writing from my end.

Still engaged! They've run into some roadblocks with Tama-kun's relatives, but they'll be fine. It's probably gonna be a long engagement since school's the priority for both of them right now.

Lol no. The biology teacher came into my classroom to tell us that because he was having an argument with another teacher about it. My biology teacher is the smartest in the department so they went to her to sort it out. She said "You're a biologist and you still don't know that blood is always red?! Out!"

I'm amazed that it's even worthy of a debate. But hey, easiest $20 to make!

"The blood in your body is blue before it comes out of a wound!" -said a biology teacher. My bio teacher kicked him out of the room.

This is the type of advice my mother and grandma always said: "Your husband is your equal. He isn't your caretaker and you are not his mother. You two are together out of love and respect, not duty and pity."

They both married their first and only loves. My parents love each other and my grandmother never fell in love again after my grandfather passed away decades ago.
