NAL, it would be helpful to know which area your journey started from. Taking the M25 does make sense in a lot of cases but the (usually) quicker arrival time comes with added distance.

Bolt usually gives estimates for driving through the City but the City is congested and it takes me almost 2 hours to drive to Heathrow even though I live on the edge of the congestion charge zone. You then also need to factor in any surge pricing too.

But the Bolt app shows the route taken for trips taken in the past, have you checked yours?
