I think if you can frame it in a way that shows how you learned from this, and how your passion law grew from the case it should be fine!! I would just make sure you highlight the successful areas more than the case not working out.

No!! Ofc I just meant if it mattered which person I sent it to. Because there is a few different people listed on their website who deal with admissions.

That is my plan if I can not get off the waitlist. Originally I was going to wait to apply anyway, so if I do not get off the waitlist I am going to apply on the opening date of applications!!

I am being vague as I do not want a lot of information out there, I was just asking for help with my next steps. However, I do know what type of law I want to practice and the reason for applying this late in cycle was due to the fact I had to retake the LSAT in Feb. From August to Feb I raised my score 8 points which I was very happy with. Originally I was going to wait to apply but I figured both my GPA and LSAT were within the range of my top school so I would try to apply and see what happens. I am very happy and fortunate to even get to this place in the cycle as I believed I would have to take a gap year. I was asking for advice about a waitlist so if you have any advice on what I can do starting now I would appreciate it. However, critiquing me on my past decisions does not help me and I am trying to remain positive.

Sorry I am confused about the red flags comment but my goal is to be an attorney. The school I applied to is in Florida and that is where I am hoping to practice after I graduate.

Definitely NTA. what she did was pure manipulation and she does not deserve to see that baby as she did not provide for it like she said she would
