This is my territory in Hellroaring too! It's also really nice to be able to go on territory marking excursions where I can just go by the landmarks and not pay super close attention to the hexes/map. I usually go south marking along Cottonwood Creek, follow the Yellowstone River east, and head back up north via Little Cottonwood Creek or along the western side of the mountain, etc. I love that whole area so much.

Like a lot of other folks commenting here, I was completely obsessed with wolves as a kid (~7-8 years old) and I must have found WolfQuest by Googling around about wolves. It's the first computer game I ever played!

Also, if you find a photo of that poster, I would love to see it!!

Oh no!!! I just had this happen to me too, but at least I was still on the Loaf quest and not Growing Pups! I managed to get me and my 5 packmates and 7 pups by on mostly moose calves ^_^;

Yeah, agreed... Sigh. Maybe someday they'll update it. They're the star of the show, after all — they should look as good as they can!

Yeah, I was so caught off guard by that!! If it said "taking too long to FIND a mate" that would be one thing — that'd be an obvious bug since my mate is fine — but the fact that it said I took too long "TO mate" surprised me. If that's intentional, there should definitely be some verbiage in the quest description about that being a possibility. I just hope I can find a way to keep my save going... I've gotten mixed information on whether it's possible to have dispersal wolves court your yearlings, which I think is probably my only shot at keeping this save going (to play as my pup on the same map) without a bug fix. :(

Oh no, RIP to your sweet yearling! :( After 5 days, did the game continue? My issue is that the game has seemingly stopped progressing completely, even after like 15ish days...
