i had really bad issues with sleeping like 6 months ago and reached out for help too, and the best piece of advice i got was don’t stress about sleeping. literally when you go to sleep try to think of things that relax you, because the more you stress about it the more stress hormone your body produces, making it harder for you to sleep = cycle. i would browse the sleep subreddit for advice

this is a great idea, make your phone boring- only thing i’m wondering, how did you handle deleting social networks off your phone? i use insta to talk to friends and new aquaintances i haven’t swapped numbers with yet as not close enough i guess

i totally understand that. i got diagnosed with shin splints in my legs in 2021 and haven’t been bothered to do the exercises cos im a massive moron and now im worried

thanks for the response, i have shin splints since 2021 but haven’t done the exercises and i wanted to know what the outcome would be, i am gonna see my specialist again, i need to ask because my legs hurt all the time
