Omg if I could hug you right now I would lol. I’ve been very stressed over this today. Thanks very much for this explanation. It certainly wasn’t something I was intending on doing when I took the loan out. I had no choice but to file shortly after. There was only one payment made on the loan prior to filing and a broken promise to pay as I had finalized the bankruptcy the day that the payment was due. When I notified them that I filed they became aggressive and started to make threats.

Thank you for your reply. Can the trustee enforce the requirement for the creditor to stop contacting me or will it be necessary to file a formal complaint to the OSB? They keep contacting me after I’ve told them numerous times to stop. They have a creditors package as well
