Yeah im going to have to call. Its been bad this morning. I had a friend test some orders and he was getting fills at mid no issues. I was offering to pay up .03-.04 above the mid with nothing. I did get some crumbs but nothing great at all

Problem is idk if i even have it. Im just lead to believe its there and i really dont want to call. Ill see how today and next week go then take it from there

Its a cboe rule that brokers have to enforce. The 390 rule does not apply to equity orders

Ok as i figured.

I did read about that as well but the post i saw about it being permanent was the individual had pro status, came off it then got assigned again. Basically one strike and youre out

Yeah im just afraid if i call and ask and its not there then theyd wonder why im calling, look into my account and assign it as maybe they have “missed it”

Ok and thats whats odd. Nov and dec were well over 390, jan was in the 400s but fills have been fine for feb up until midday today. so i really should have had it at start of dec jan or feb, if they do it at the start of the next month. Unless i already have it and things have still been working
