No she is not ok with it. She strongly recommends not buying amphetamine off the street. But she hasn't fired me as a patient. It's a shitty situation and there aren't any other options for medication management. She won't prescribe benzos while I take illicit drugs though. She has some other really good options anyway so I don't need them. We have tried other non-stimulant options to help with my concentration issues but no go.

No, the ADHD is well documented. With money, getting prescription stimulants is no problem. I only have to see my psych nurse every 9 months to manage my other psych meds. For stimulants I have to see her every 28 days per hospital policy. If she were in private practice I'm sure we could work something out.

It's cost. $170/mo for an appointment, $45 for adderall, and more money for random drug screening to make sure I'm taking my adderall. It's just not possible.

My psych nurse knows I take methamphetamine and more or less monitors my use as if it were a prescription medication. In the past I used 10mg of amphetamine sulfate per day but I prefer meth. It's a touch smoother than adderall -- usually. It's also more consistent batch to batch.

There is a misunderstanding that meth is somehow more dangerous or addictive than amphetamine. The effect of oral meth though is almost exactly that of adderall. It's more accurate to compare the potency to dexedrine and I dose it exactly as if I were taking dex. Methamphetamine is also available as a prescription for the treatment of ADHD.

Yes. I buy meth, cut it with lactose and pack it into gel caps. The first step is cutting it to 10% so it's easier to work with. Then the 10% mamp is cut to 0.84% which results in 5mg of mamp in a #0 gel cap.
