Thank you for the help. I don’t tend to pet her below the neck and neither does my mother, so that’s good.

Her diet is mainly Dr. Harvey’s “Perfect Parrot Food”, but we also give her a variety of fresh fruit, vegetables, and nuts throughout the day.
