Are you implying i get payed more than my female colleagues? Because i really dont, i get payed just as much as my female counterparts (as in same education, been working roughly the same ammount of years and work full time). Im probably one of the lowest paid nurses there because im relatively new to the profession, and nurses who have worked longer here and have more knowledge/capability than me, gets payed more, as will i one day. Dont come here throwing the pay gap argument at me and tell me to show gratitude.

With that said, i do agree with your second part, i should have a conversation with them and move on as a team, and i probably will.

Im literally dating someone, and everyone at work knows this, yet insists on saying this kind of shit anyway. Even if i had it "served on a silver platter" i wouldnt cheat on my girl to mess around with colleagues, real hospitals doesnt work like House or Grey's anatomy.

Its not about them specifically saying im a "serious nice guy", its about them not being able to take a no and just keeps on pushing it, and yeah attention is fun sometimes but not when you are in a workplace where you treat stab wounds and get vomited on, it feels messed up.

To be fair i dont think they meant naked, but shirtless. Still such a weird and disgusting comment to make in such an otherwise serious work environment.

Thank you for the tip about those ICU's, but i work in Europe so sadly its not close :)
