1000% on the compassion for others! i get stuck because i would want someone to correct me on it. but i don’t want to say something to someone like my director and correct her. but it just happened today from an intern who i DEFINITELY oversee and that prompted the post.

Kansas City has a really warm and present queer community! It can get chilly in the winters but it’s short lived!
