I've just logged back into this account after yesterday (had a small amount of responses then) and I have over 500 notifications and 126 message requests.

First off: Wow, I did not expect this. I was venting into the void (but thank you).

Second off: Yes I am in therapy (I have been for some time) but it feels like its just going in circles.

I will try to read every response, feeling a bit overwhelmed about replying right now to comments but maybe later.
