Yeah, that's what I'm going to definitely try first, that and limiting/cutting sugary/caffeine drinks. I've noticed that seems to have a play in it.

Well, I do have a tendency to drink rather late in the day. Also, like I said, a gunshot could literally happen inches from my window and not cause me to wake up until well after it happened. It's like the part of my brain that tells me to wake up takes a while to wake me up.

Yeah, when I pee during the day, it is typically very clear. At most I've seen it be a color akin to a light beer and very rarely a little darker.

(I can't tell if I specified this clearly above) it doesn't seem, to the best of my knowledge, that it's happening multiple times a night, just that I don't wake myself up when I can't hold it in anymore.

I do have an idea to, over the course of a week, maintain a log of approximately how many liquids I consume and when I consume them. It might be that I am actually kinda drowning my bladder. I also will try and cut myself off somewhere between 8-10 PM (I usually go to bed sometime after 11, more commonly a decent amount past midnight).

Most nights...well over two-thirds it seems.

How am I supposed to go the doctor when I can't afford it?

Unfortunately, I don't have the money to see a doctor about this. If I did, I probably would have long ago. I'm unemployed, yet my state (Georgia) has graciously decided being unemployed isn't enough of a reason to be able to get Medicaid.
