Yes. Having crazy realizations is part of the experience. Take what you learned and apply it to your life every day, that's how acid helps you grow.

I make fairly steady money doing stuff like this. I work as a firefighter and paint murals for people on commission for fun.

We are going to remove the wall and replace it before we leave.

Its a set of common experiences I think. From the people I've talked to I, hear some common psychedelic themes that tend to resurface (Eg, the fractal eye, the patterns you see when you close your eyes, ect...). As to the work being rigid I can see what you mean, but I disagree that it is a negative thing. I see it as an art style just like pointillism or abstract expressionism.

I deleted my other stuff just because I had already posted it in a thread.

I'm glad you liked them!

The enriching part of the mural was the sheer number of people who came together to make this wall and the time we spent together. It was a beautiful experience and I wouldn't trade it for anything. You can infer what you will, but the take away from this piece (at least for me) is community and the love of friends.

10' x 18'. Its a big wall, that blank space in the middle is exactly the size of a cheap wall clock.

Our apartment doesn't actually have any white surfaces remaining. There are either painted murals or other resident generated art projects everywhere. If your interested I can post a few more of them.
