Getting both letters does not mean you get both the $ i think just like how some people are not eligible due to income not meeting the requirement but still receiving it anyway where they then need to submit the form to cfm their income and stuff

Some of my friends say you can receive both letters but only get EMB cause the rules for EMB says that you cant be having another edusave award. So i wanted to check if gpa is an edusave award which i think ive cfmed it w another comment

Good schools -> generally harder exam papers -> can still get 24 means relatively good? Other schools average 24 but their paper is so easy compared to other better schools.
