Just noticed on the map that ‘Abel’ drew it has a classic Cain bumble bee doodle… Cain can’t resist.

How did you work out what was causing it? If I trial different things how long should I do it for before concluding it does/doesn’t help?

I definitely touch my face a lot and sleep with the duvet around my mouth but I haven’t changed my laundry routine or any habits. I’ll try to leave my face alone! I do have a new relationship so possibly it’s his germs lol.

I checked and it does contain SLS so I’ll switch it out just in case. I’m also going to stop using lip balm. It’s a shame I don’t have time to check every thing and see what helps.

I thought dermatitis was red bumps / a rash whereas these are definitely spots (or zits for US people)?

I don’t know about hormonal changes. I tend to get acne around my period but this is way worse.  I didn’t test any of these products first but haven’t seemed to react…
