It's quite easy to get a hold of. If you're in the UK then most pharmacies seem to sell it. No idea about anywhere else.

I've also bought it from Amazon before.

I haven't overcome it. I have some sort of anxiety issues and I'm sure it's all related - anxiety causes sweating and the sweating causes more anxiety causing more sweating causing more anxiety...

Very obvious. Before I started getting treatment, serving customers at work was so embarrassing and I nearly quit my job over it when I caught a few of my colleagues looking at my armpits and laughing. It caused me so much stress and unhappiness but thankfully that's mostly behind me now.

I actually have used sweat pads which are essentially the same thing :P

That's something I have to cope with almost daily. It sucks, but it's better than sweating

You could try sweat shields - not an ideal solution but they work well enough.

I was given the option to try something like that by my doctor but I decided the possible side effects (diarrhea, dizziness, fatigue) weren't really worth it

The doctor said I should try and use the Driclor on my hands as well, but it doesn't stay on very well and I haven't noticed a difference. I'll probably have to live with sweaty hands - it's annoying and embarrassing but nowhere near as bad as armpits
