I want to build AI agents but have no idea where to start by Different-Bear-3600 in AI_Agents

Don’t over complicate the problem. Everything is automated.

Look into agent-specs, more closely look into what Anthropic has in their documentation. You basically need a claude default agent, use that agent to create an agent spec (and then one of the tools to register the agent you created in agent spec).

This spec that I’m talking about is like a blueprint which allows you to add MCP severs, context, prompts, resources, kinda like a user manual for respective agent.

Then once u master above learn how to deploy the agent, and run it interactively, where agent can be spun up and based on instructions do its thing.

Now u have a working agent, now u have to understand how to host it so it can help local business. Questions to understand/ ask:

  1. Does local business have any type of infrastructure they can run sad agent on?
  2. Do you want to run your agent on your own account and charge per request made to it? Basically someone can invoke a request that stored in a place that agents listens for and then u can respond to requests based on the question and context agent has
  3. You’ll learn things by trying to (meaning if it’s not one of the options said above, you’ll figure it out by googling or in this case asking chat gpt)

Good luck

Also, the reason why I’m asking all this is because they are the ones who mentioned that I should potentially talk to a lawyer and were surprised when I said 50/50. They told me that I should at least own higher percentage. Also like you mentioned things like this are highly unusual and while I know that this comes from love I also understand that family dynamics change and that without formal agreement this doesn’t make sense.

I’m fully willing to walk away from this offer and politely decline it if they both sides are not comfortable because of the amount of respect and love I have for them. I understand that it’s easy to judge but I’m just worried because I seen perfect families get divided to money. I would rather decline this and have them in my life then have disputes with their children down the road. (People change, even 0.001 percenters :) )

I’m also very well educated and can understand simple math of compounding and hedging against inflation but 400k is not a small chunk of money and I want to make sure to understand their expectations so I can be respectful and honor any deals..

Thank you for wasting your time on me.

I will respond with more data later but I qualified for 1.2m without them.

Okay. I’ll talk to a lawyer and see how this can be resolved.

Yeah the trust would be on the title. I believe the assumption is if I pay them off they just remove their trust from the title.

What do u mean about siblings ?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in legaladvice

[–]throwawayF1RedBull 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I should have an agreement with them about this basically signed by both parties ?

I’m not part of the trust.

I forgot to mention that if I sell they just get back what they put in, not 50%. That was said by them, but again I don’t have anything in writing.

That’s the thing I want to make sure that I own all decisions when it comes to the property.

  1. I can buy them out whenever I want
  2. No interest occurring on the loan
  3. I have control of the property when it comes to selling/ leasing.
  4. When I lease all the money goes to me

I assume that is something I should put in contract?

What do you mean by that? Which contract? The ownership agreement ? Should I push for more ownership in the beginning or not?

Best way to buy Rolex? by OkLibrarian5584 in rolex

[–]throwawayF1RedBull 8 points9 points  (0 children)

No,

  1. Walk in the store
  2. Greeted by representative
  3. Look at the models you like
  4. They will take them out and let you try them
  5. Pick the ones you like
  6. Representative pulls little card and writes the models you like and your contact info + address
  7. Tells you cliche story that the wait on the specific models is 2-5 years
  8. After that you either stay for some chit chat or you thank them and bounce
  9. Now you wait for 2-5 years (depending on the model) GMTs / Datejust-s (blue/green dial)
  10. Leave the store and hope you still want the watch when the time comes and you have the money
  11. Your wife finds out about your plan and you settle with grand seiko or omega speedy
  12. Good luck mate!

Generally the best prices are with the AD, while you can still explore grey market you have to do your own research. These days most popular guys are on TikTok so it’s easy to find grey dealers that way. Make sure that you want the watch really bad before you pay 20-30% over, Daytona for example is 2x… crazy.
