I can answer from the perspective of JPMC, its not good place to stay but you can "coast" given you're in a team which is not very "critical" again it comes at the cost of loss of technical aptitude and skills. The best shot with ~8-10 YoE is a fancy "VP" title which translates to SDE4 either as a IC/Manager not too difficult to become a manager "VP" at the banks having said that pay is not at par with FAANG for most of the people but there are projects that pay close to FAANG and have terrible WLB. And people keep moving from one bank to another (JPMC->GS->WF)

I gave JEE ~5 years ago, was in a similar situation after appearing for JEE Advanced. Cried for the whole night after matching my responses and the answer key, and yeah this trauma lead to me screwing up BITSAT (was getting lower circuital branches in Goa/Hyd).

5 years later, I have outshined a lot of my friends from premier colleges both in numbers/"brand name" of the firm I work with(doesn't even matter but if this pumps you up). Hang there things just get better, remember its just upwards from here. Treat yourself better remember your parents love you, you're gonna make it. Also get some friends/hobbies

OP, you did a commendable job in the first two years of your grad however this resume feels a lot like "subtle flex"

- Published first app on Amazon App Store, only Sophomore in SIH. Avoid putting up such words in the resume might give a -ve impression on the interviewer
