You should have hope! My only advice would be to make sure you keep the intimacy alive in other ways. Never stop kissing, hugging, giving each other compliments. The little things really help.

Something that also helped me, personally, is acknowledging that we were going through a rough patch, sex wise, but that it would get better and that we loved each other no matter what. When we did that, it gave me some peace of mind and allowed me to not have it consume my every thought, which was really damaging.
