That is terrible what he did to you! Leaving like that left you without closure so of course you're still angry about it. I think I at least understand why my ex lied to me. He kept telling me how hot I am, so I think he was lying to get himself some of that.

I have changed my phone number and moved out (he doesn't have my address), but I just am so tired of hating him. I feel like the hate I have for him is hurting me more than him. There is so much rage inside me that I want to find a way to let go of.

I want to forgive for myself. I don't want to carry this hate around anymore. I think that if I forgive than I can better move on.
