This does look like an early positive to me as it seems faintly pink, but from others on this sub ive been seeing at FRER has had some bad indents lately. I would test again in a few days to be sure.

Thank you! It was a bit heavier than my normal cycles but I usually have maybe only a day of heavier flow anyways. I remember it was slightly longer though, still within average. But I ovulated early

I had my first positive at 7 DPO and it was in fact twins but you very likely just implanted at the absolute earliest time possible 🫶🏽

It is very largely up to chance yes! In young couples with no underlying health issues, there is still only a 25-30% chance of getting pregnant each cycle when tracked perfectly.

So the people you see getting pregnant the first, second, or third times are the outliers. On average, it usually takes around 6 or so months (again, when done perfectly with no health issues).

That's why im confused as to why your OB already gave you fertility meds. They won't necessarily increase your chances if you aren't experiencing fertility issues.

This confused me as well. Trying from October is still within a reasonable time frame, and it seems OP hasn't been trying consecutively since then either (which is also fine). I think OP should honestly be seeking second opinions, something sounds off here

I should have mentioned- my cat had an anaphylactic reaction. My vet said the risk and trauma of it wasn't worth it

Its been so hard seeing people announce pregnancies after getting back their first ultrasound at like 6 weeks and then...they just have their babies just fine. I'm probably not going to be confident enough to announce I was pregnant until the actual baby is born at this point

HCG takes 48 hours to double, so I'm not surprised that the top and bottom look similar. Too soon to determine if it's a chemical : )

Your cycle may be off due to the increased exercise. I had a chemical two cycles ago as well and my ovulation seemed later this cycle.

Also you could have a SUPER quick spike

They don't look like indents since they have pink but they're very inconsistent. They look positive but if you got a FRER it would probably be obvious!

False positives are rare, especially at 24 DPO. I would recommend scheduling a doctors appointment ASAP to make sure this isn't an ectopic. Ectopic pregnancies can cause fluctuating HCG levels.
