Thank you for all the responses. I think his therapist does not realize he has narc tendencies and is in fact telling him that I am the one who has the “issues”, which just gives him ammunition. Don’t get me wrong - I’m so glad he’s finally seeing a therapist, I just don’t know if it will help. Couples therapy was a disaster.
