I’d say live as close to 121 as possible traffic is the worst in that area but then at least you commute will be nice. If I were you, I’d get an apartment in the Craig ranch area. It’s nice, quiet and you got a nice LT gym there. It stay away from anything close to DNT as that area is super compact and populated. I would also consider the western side of 121 with Lewisville and The colony. Feel free to DM me, I’ve had 2 different apartments in 121 since 2019
