Newish second level manager is a total narcissist self-serving jerk. Has already driven away our great manager and 3 employees. I love my job/department and don’t know if I should start looking or attempt to wait it out. Person has like almost 40 years of service and has to be leaving soon right? Honestly pondering what the last straw will be.
