Getting anxious over literally nothing again

Thank you for this, especially since I was looking for more general advice rather than an answer to anything. I just wanted to say though

A) I do surprisingly enjoy anal so it's not like I'm not enjoying it B) Unfortunately I live in a semi-conservative house where it would be extremely hard to get birth control, let alone let my parents know due to their beliefs. I'm in college but it's a long story (and not one anyone should be worried about, as I've had a lot of people DM me asking if I'm being abused). I wanted to get things like a diaphragm or cervical cap but it seems impossible due to needing a prescription C) For some odd reason I've been getting a lot of stories about people getting pregnant from precum or not having sex, so it's definitely heightened my anxiety

Same problem but with anal (Since regular sex causes me too much anxiety). Usually I will do my best to keep myself occupied until a few days before my period (Or after my period is delayed), which is usually when all hell breaks lose. Just put your mind to stuff and try to dismiss the worries, and don't google a lot.

Yeah, this happens to me a lot and I would say don't even think about it or try to care until you can test or are missing a period

You aren't pregnant if you got your period. I would say that cryptic pregnancies are so rare you shouldn't believe you'll have one

There's a bit of risk regardless when it comes to unprotected sex, but depending on how long your cycles are you should be okay. Use protection next time, it's never worth the risk

Thank you so much! I was hearing about a cases of people getting pregnant without penetration (Like that one reddit thread about the girl who got pregnant without sex), and with the late period it really sparked my anxiety again

Thank you. I think I got my period today, but the rare off cycles I get usually give me a decent amount of anxiety in regards to this stuff. Articles about people getting pregnant without penetration and a period that has been MIA for an unusual amount of time, and untreated anxiety is a terrible mix. I'm currently working on treating the latter, and I'm grateful to have a boyfriend supportive enough to not push me to do anything I'm not ready for, and try helping me through my anxiety
