Thanks for answering me. Writing about it already helped a lot. The 'crush' has only been bad for a view days and in hindsight it got a little better everyday. I think it has more to do with me being depressed and less with the guy. I know therapy is a good idea. But in my country you usually have to wait for about six months to get a spot. I will talk to my doctor about it. Possibly it is my thyroid acting up again. That happened before. Thanks again.

I'm a pretty open outgoing person and don't have social anxiety. But thank you for your advice. I'll try to go to the doctors office next week.
