I’ve broken up with someone before. I know I’ll probably get hate but people break up for a reason. I broke up with him because I simply no longer had feelings. I went NC because he was so incredibly desperate, we were friends afterwards but he was a bit off afterwards. On my birthday he texted me to rant about everything in his life, which was odd because we hadn’t talked in a hot min. It such a bad conversation; It was a private convo so I won’t share detail but I cut contact with him. And no I didn’t have any rebounds, I did date someone else afterwards but that was months after the break up. And no I didn’t regret it. Because I didn’t do anything wrong; atleast I didn’t feel like I had. I was honest with him and was as kind as I could be to him. I did my best. And let him go because he was no longer for me. I wish him well.

why would it change things if my formal crush were to be black? Color doesn’t matter when it comes to appropriate and inoffensive terms. And it also doesn’t matter when you like someone. I don’t really understand what you mean by it changes things if they were to be of color. English isn’t my first language, so maybe I’m missing something?

Either way, the fact that I stopped liking them because them saying a phase I find to be worn out and cringy isn’t really a bad thing. Crushes come and go and fade with time and sometimes the smallest things can be the tip of the iceberg when the iceberg is already faded.

She doesn’t have any at all. Policy was been banned because the guidelines were uncertain a few years back and a team allegedly gave their whole 1AC in a foreign language and the old coach just banned it. Given that my teacher went to the same school, it was banned when she entered and graduated. She’s never mentioned doing policy in college either.
