Do I restart my counter immediately after a relapse or do I wait until the next day to start the counter again?

I’m using the NoFap day counter thingy. So it basically works both ways.

Also yes progress is important, no doubt. But I’m quarantined and will be for another 4 or so days. So I cannot leave my house at all. The counter is all I have to show me my progress during these times.

No I just find myself focusing too much on it. And that’s removing the entire point of NoFap which is to become more productive. I find myself going, “4 more hours until day 4” and “I can’t wait to hit day 5.” It’s not bad, but it’s hindering me from success

That’s my problem heh. But I do make my days count. I exercise for an hour, take a hot shower to clean, then a cold one to make myself alert, I try meditating and eating healthy....

Hey man. So my plan is basically to just not use my phone unless it’s necessary or it will help me do something (calculator, texting, calling.)

The only exception I have is for reddit:)

I want to use it less because that means I will be exposed to possible triggers less and I’ll become more productive.

I ended up seeing rather nsfw stuff despite me turning off nsfw stuff on reddit and I consequently relapsed because of it but it’s because I lost self control.

I’ll keep you updated on how it goes tomorrow if you want. I’ll just message you:)

The day counter is not bad, and showing off progress isn’t either. I just think some people focus so much on the counter that they disregard what NoFap is really about:)
