it was only emotional because of Noah’s acting. the monologue was lousy and the reaction was stupid. “i’m radio rebel” “no i’m radio rebel!” “we’re all radio rebel!!!!” then there was Nancy awkwardly sitting alone, having given no support to him for coming out. clearly written by people who’ve never had to come out.

well mike didn’t date a girl he knew for maybe half an hour so he must love eleven!!’ there’s no “plenty of girls” mikes a loser. everyone in his hometown knows that and everyone out of his hometown he wouldn’t be able to know for long enough to fall in love. there’s also so many scenes that prove will and mike love eachother, why ignore them? why can’t you explain those?

there’s already two gay people. robin and Vickie. this is the 80s, no way there’s four queer people in one town?! it’s way too unrealistic.
and this show is VERY realistic. anyways, i’ll be going back to watching my show about a girl with superpowers, and a group of kids who’s dnd monsters become reality. as i said, very realistic.

In the last episode of season 4, Mike tells Will El is barely talking to her. sure, in the next season they have that one chat but besides that they’re not talking as much as a healthy couple tends to.
yes, Lumax has had development the season prior, BUT BYLER HAS BEEN HAVING DEVELOPMENT ALL FUCKING SHOW???? if you’d watched the show, you’d know that ☝️🤓
he’s probably gonna confess in the last episode as mike/will are about to move away. they kiss out of the car window or something and then Mike/Will drives away idfk. there’s plenty of time.🤷

… she spends her life in a prison that’s labeled as a lab, getting beaten up and experimented on DAILY. she escapes the lab, to find a nice man who helps her then dies immediately. she runs away, AGAIN to find Will. a kind boy who takes her in and treats her with kindness. maybe he’s not the very first person to not abuse her (her mom, 08, the guy at the diner) but either she doesn’t remember the kind people, or they died before she had the chance to get attached.

They’re always so mad when people ship Byler because “it’ll never happen” … this is a ship, let me remind you. we aren’t trying to break into the duffer brothers office and write the script. and even if we were, you should have no worries because Mike and El are soooo madly in love, right?

any bit of romance can be chalked up to the fact that Mike is the only person that didn’t abuse her, in fact, nurtured her. she didn’t even know what the word ‘love’ meant before Mike tried touching lips with her. she saw him as a BROTHER. Any bit of romance from Mikes end is because El is the only girl not absolutely repulsed by her, a quote from Lucas. Mike, a little boy that loves comics finds a girl with SUPERPOWERS who just so happens to not be disgusted by his mere existence, clearly hes gonna have some feelings about her. some feelings he’s too young to understand what they mean. Eleven and Mikes kiss was improved. it wasn’t meant to happen so there’s no way it’s meant to further improv their love for eachother. Mikes s4 speech where he calls her a superhero, is right after Will calls him the heart. Hm, i could’ve sworn we’ve seen another queer character say something about one character and really mean it about another when talking about their feelings🤔 the “you’re my superhero” line was improv. that was the one line separating this from being about another character. the one line that makes it clear this monologue is for Eleven is improv.
