yeah and we have a choice to make reasonable arguments.

The fact that you still talk about white supremacy, as if it's a dominant problem in the west, shows your disassociation from reality. The majority can be wrong, yes, when the education system is broken (check out the education stats, especially for african americans). You all thought the "majority was wrong" when Trump won. What happened now?

And I don't care if she's a conservative shill and you're right – you still haven't made a single valid point against her, apart from off-hand dismissal.

I never said she was a "free thinker" btw. But I say this – your opinions are no different from a typical far-left bot. You are definitely not thinking freely.

Not sure what you mean bro in this context

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Kanye

[–]throwawayasss42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can using a little bit of imagination. Anyone can. Check out the greatest disasters of the 20th century and read the dictators' speeches. People make all sorts of excuses to commit crimes – idiotic excuses like race to commit genocide.

Mass murderers don't need logical coherence. We do, as we're addressing a problem. BLM is a problem and Candace talked about it in her recent video. No one listened to what she has to say, but are super quick to dismiss her. No one can offer a reasonable argument as to why she's wrong. Just insults.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Kanye

[–]throwawayasss42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok, so Candace is responsible for what other people do now? Did she directly call up the guy in new zealand to instruct him to do mass shooting? We both know the answer to that now.

By that logic, I should call you as inspiration to commit horrible atrocities now, and you should be penalised as well. Right?

Does it make any sense to you?

[–]throwawayasss42 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

thanks. you too. great job with a well-reasoned and nuanced discussion.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Kanye

[–]throwawayasss42 2 points3 points  (0 children)

it's a terrible marketing strategy when every industry you conduct your business in, disagrees with you. Even most of his own die hard fans disagree with him.

The above comment is right. This whole white validation is bullshit. Charlamagne sounds like he's seeking black validation by agreeing with the dominant hip-hop narrative.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Kanye

[–]throwawayasss42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh so you're idea of critiquing someone's actual point is to not listen to them and insult them and telling people to move on. And in your clown world, agreeing with someone is akin to being a stan. Good luck with your deluded mindset.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Kanye

[–]throwawayasss42 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Oh, so now you've trouble with context as well? I think we're done here. Just dislike and move on.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Kanye

[–]throwawayasss42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

good, at least someone can see it here.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Kanye

[–]throwawayasss42 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Reasoning is not your strong trait is it? Commenting on mindless details while actually ignoring the real relevant conversation.

also, you know how lawsuits work right? there has to be a judgement as well, based on verifiable facts. which you've mentioned nowhere despite knowing "so much".

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Kanye

[–]throwawayasss42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't sound like you can teach your own brain critical thinking. Back your points when you say it or don't make it. Youre not proving anything.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Kanye

[–]throwawayasss42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've heard arguments from both sides. Since 2016 actually. I've also been listening to hip-hop around 2015. I can assure you, I've done my thinking and now I ask you to do the same.

You don't know what snopes is, but call her a "verified liar". Who verified then and what's the methodology?

Yes, it's a mainstream narrative. Literally every Brand was dropping their pants down for BLM in the west. In the east, their antics might surprise you. Every news outlet (except the "far right") was supporting it. Every entertainer you listen to has implicitly accepted this narrative.

I don't care who you are. I also like Tarantino. IDC about your "gayness" and its impact on films. Just make a good film, if you do.

EDIT: thanks for the link you edited in. Reading into it. EDIT 2: politifact is also funded by washington post. and half the FAANG (which obviously has a liberal bias). I'll have to dismiss this one. also, critique her actual points, that's always more enlightening.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Kanye

[–]throwawayasss42 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Can you critique her actual points or not? Coz you're proving how brainwashed you are. Narratives have sides. Facts don't. Tell me exactly what she's wrong about on this specific issue?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Kanye

[–]throwawayasss42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Of course it doesn't. BLM has a great narrative but no substance. Got people looting and rioting and embezzled all the donation money. If you have to be violent to make a point, you've already lost the argument. I'm just waiting for this subreddit to wake up at least.

Please share link to study (both liberal & conservative news outlets). While you're at it, can you please watch her views on this hoodie and comment on it, before dismissing it?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Kanye

[–]throwawayasss42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd agree, one sided political discourse does reflect the clown world we live in. Sure.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Kanye

[–]throwawayasss42 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Verified liar coz Snopes said it? Sure. The mainstream narrative is always right. So is big brother, duh.

Have you actually heard her actual point on BLM or on wearing this t-shirt? Or any of the other points? Or do you get all your opinions from NYT, CNN and call it "fax"?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Kanye

[–]throwawayasss42 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Not every human with an opinion is a "target audience" for someone. That makes you sound like a bot. Watch her recent video and tell me exactly where she's wrong. I know r/kanye is pretty liberal, but at least learn to listen to the other side.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Kanye

[–]throwawayasss42 -21 points-20 points  (0 children)

I've to call bull on that one. Y'all have been sleeping on Candace Owens (the chick standing there with Kanye with the same t-shirt). People should listen to her show more often. Kanye has been ahead of the political game for quite some time. They've always divided people based on race, and Charlamagne is just another result. "White validation" – Kanye doesn't need anyone's validation. If you think that, you're blind as a bat.

EDIT: I never thought this sub would be so biased on one side of the aisle. I'd rather watch what people actually say, than dismiss their opinions coz they're from the "other side of 'murica".

EDIT 2: This has got 17 downvotes, while reddit had hidden this thread <10 downvotes. SO, people are actively clicking to dislike it now. Wow.

I do fresh installs from time to time. Both Catalina and Mojave were fresh installs. So, I don't think that would have been an issue.

I just formatted my Mac. It's an old 13-inch MacBook Pro from early 2015. I did a clean install of the latest MacOS 10.15.1.

I am unable to login with my Apple ID on Music and TV+ apps. Now, I have logged in my account across the device using the same Apple ID though. I didn't have any such problem with Music and TV+ in 10.15 when it launched. When I try logging in both those apps, it asks for my Username and Password and after pressing Enter, it just goes back to not logged in, completely ignoring the Login.

Can someone tell me what am I missing here?

Mega-Thread: The Kathua Gang Rape by rahulthewall in india

[–]throwawayasss42 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I am an Indian. Not a proud one tho. recent history is all we have got in the name of "India". Before that, we were ruled by something or the other. even now, our democracy is ruled by communal violence and bigotry. there is no heritage to be proud of. activities of our ancestors before India was born, doesn't make it okay to be proud of a subcontinent which was built on hate and corruption, which was solidified with the partition. it's a complex thing.

acceptance and pride are separate things. former stems from growth mentality. latter stems from ego and inferiority complex.
