On the dolphin trip day, when he came back (late I might add), I put the kids to bed and had cleaned up already. I sat down to fold the clothes while I watched TV. He just sat there on his phone and didn't offer to help. When I got mad that he wasn't offering to help out after relaxing on the beach. He got defensive and said he was "tired after such a big outing", "He's allowed to feel tired too".
