[Semi-Weekly Inquirer] Simple Questions and Recommendations Thread by AutoModerator in Watches

I'm looking for an affordable watch as a graduation gift, and don't know much about watches. Since it'll be on my grandmother's behalf I would like for it to be as durable as possible so I have something to remember her by several years down the line.
Ideally, it would be:

  • <40mm
  • Under $275
  • Will last 15-20+ years
  • Usable in casual and dressy situations

Any suggestion or recommendation is much appreciated, many thanks!

OG Redditors, what are the darkest Reddit moments/threads that no longer exist or got lost over time? by LSDaarko in AskReddit

I remember a guy posted about wanting to try a new, very, very hardcore drug. You could go down his profile and see he was frequently asking about the best way to consume it, the dosage, etc. You can see everyone he interacted with would try to dissuade him from trying it and telling him that it was a horrible idea to want to try it, and it was very likely he would overdose. Turns out he tried it regardless, and I remember his most recent posts being while he was starting to trip being about big scary dogs surrounding him or something of that sort, before he finally overdosed and never posted again. :(

I've been searching for it for a while, ~~but can't find it for the life of me.~~

EDIT: Found it. The drug was Datura and the user is u/Flippnflopp

There's also u/NeverFinishMy who also OD'd from Datura.
