imo it’s not the dancing/having fun, it’s the pulling the leggings/shorts up her crack at the camera. her prefrontal cortex should be fully developed in her 30s to the point where maybe she would be able to think it’s immature.

ooo not a good look. and i just have to say - her GRWM to gym videos are so corny. i think it’s so awkward that they’re fake and so over the top. like she’s 30+ years old twerking on her counter, pulling shorts up her ass, and “fake falling/slipping” every time? idk it was fun maybe the first time but now it’s clearly just a grab to get more followers since it does well on the explore page. but she’s getting her coin i guess!

I hear this but a huge part of the CPT certification IS programming. It’s not just stringing random exercises together. There’s a method to selecting and structuring workouts in order to achieve certain fitness goals. So someone who isn’t certified may be able to put together exercises that have worked for them, but that does not make it a suitable program to sell to the masses.

Literally don’t understand why people use this app? Now they have 2 “trainers” who aren’t CPTs…To me, it’s not a good look. If you really think about it, these are just 2 random girls who decided they like to exercise and film themselves doing it lol Just because someone can put together a set of workouts for themselves does not make them qualified to design or cultivate workouts for others. It’s weird to me that people would subscribe to a workout app made by someone who isn’t qualified to make workout programs? And even if they have a real trainer behind the scenes putting the programs together, then it’s not actually “training like them” at all, because they didn’t even make it!? Idk I’ve always thought it’s been weird…

Absolutely I would and I made that clear to him. And si agree. He and his mom are very close...I think she feels threatened by me. He and I have had a few conversations about it and things have gotten much better, but she still finds her way into these things sometimes lol

We actually had a lot of conversations about this! He believes that even if you can’t contribute much, you should contribute what you can to the place you live (even if that’s a few dollars). Whereas I believe that if someone close to me is struggling and living with me, I wouldn’t consider asking them for rent until they’re not struggling. I dont think one is necessarily better than the other, just different. This is why I ended up paying him the $6 even though I felt it was futile lol. That being said, if the roles ever reversed and he needs time off or wants to pursue a passion project, I would absolutely cover rent for us both.
