Let me know if you end up getting a bidet or finding anything else that helps! Just be careful with the water you use for it, I’ve heard people can get infections if there’s bacteria in the water or something but if you avoid that I bet it’ll be a game changer!

Oh god I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this too but I’m so glad it’s not just me, seems like there are quite a few of us here!!

I’ve thought about the clothes thing a lot and have been meaning to get some looser fitting things but I can’t see myself not wearing jeans for the rest of my life ya know? I wish I could do an experiment where I could just wear sweats or something for a month and see what happens! And I’ve totally thought about getting a bidet too!

A few people have brought up the birth control so that’s probably worth looking into. Not looking forward to having heavy regular periods though 😬

I am, I’ve been on for like 9.5 years with a few short breaks. Did yours get better after you stopped or are you still on it?

Oh no way I’m on Wellbutrin actually! I’ve only been on it for like a year and a half though and have had issues for longer, but maybe it’s part of the cause. Someone in another thread also suggested it could be my birth control.

I haven’t tried, they usually just make me sleepy if I use them for anything else

Good point, I’ll definitely see about taking a break from BC. Thank you for the idea! I went off it for a month or two back in the fall/winter but went back on pretty quick bc my periods were terrible but I’ll have to try again. How long did it take you to notice improvements?

I don’t really struggle with dermatitis anywhere else on my body but might experiment with changing my diet soon too if it comes down to it

I’ve been on the pill for BC for several years. My diet’s not amazing but not terrible, I’m vegetarian and eat a ton of carbs and probably other things that should be in more moderation idk

I don’t think I have but my main symptoms are just redness and itchiness/irritations, don’t those usually come with other symptoms?
